None of the them looked very eager to play. 雷思夕 started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Nacional's Isadore Salgueiro got a free kick in the 2nd minute. 3 minutes into the match, 雷思夕 notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Nacional's Zavier Lozada. Zavier Lozada was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 6th minute 雷思夕 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zavier Lozada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 贺笑志 hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Brondby IF's zone, Gervasio Balza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 庞岚骏 came out of the goal and Gervasio Balza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When 严峰建 came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Brondby IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 严峰建 couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gervasio Balza in the 20th minute of play forced Brondby IF's goalkeeper 庞岚骏 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zavier Lozada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 严峰建 in the 23rd minute of the match. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by Nacional's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. 邱震浩 was slow to take the kick. During this time Brondby IF's players had a chance to rest. A well done corner resulted in 唐兴兴 drilling the ball in to score 0-2 behind Nacional's goalkeeper. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Lizar Balague sped through Brondby IF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of 庞岚骏. 32 minutes into the match, 雷思夕 notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Nacional's Zavier Lozada. Zavier Lozada was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by 唐兴兴 in the 39th minute of play forced Nacional's goalkeeper Zavier Lozada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 1-4 became the score in the 41st minute when 雷思夕 elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 47th minute, Madeo Quelia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nacional's goalkeeper Zavier Lozada, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gervasio Balza to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Isadore Castejon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 庞岚骏 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 贺笑志 kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After 57 played minutes Brondby IF got a freekick which was hit by 吴风风. In the last second Zavier Lozada throw himself and got hold of the ball when 雷思夕 in the 60thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 雷思夕 struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Zavier Lozada didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brondby IF. 65 minutes into the match, Brondby IF's 雷思夕 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zavier Lozada narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 73rd match minute, Nacional was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Madeo Quelia to maneuver through the defense. Zavier Lozada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 唐兴兴 in the 77th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, 吴风风 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 81 minutes into the match, Brondby IF's goal looked a bit too open when Gervasio Balza came free, but 庞岚骏 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute, Brondby IF's 雷思夕 dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. If 严峰建 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zavier Lozada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 雷思夕, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Brondby IF played a much better game than Nacional and deserved their victory. The Nacional players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
