Seating: 2369, VIP seats: 206) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Amedeo Mascia got the match started through his kick off. Aydan Storm struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Fisnik Fart didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for U21 Italy. U21 Italy's Alessio Scannella played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Novak Djokovic in the 8th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Novak Djokovic in the 9th minute of play forced U21 Italy's goalkeeper Alessio Scannella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Novak Djokovic could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Alessio Scannella made a huge save. In the 13th minute, Emanuel Strandberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The U21 Sweden fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Novak Djokovic in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alessio Scannella saved U21 Italy from getting behind. After 17 minutes U21 Italy's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alexander Milošević who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Novak Djokovic got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alessio Scannella quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Amedeo Mascia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Novak Djokovic in the 23rd minute of play forced U21 Italy's goalkeeper Alessio Scannella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the match, U21 Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Strandberg came free, but Alessio Scannella reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alessio Scannella made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Emanuel Strandberg sent off a good shot on target. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
