Edoardo Scarano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ferdinando Di Persio was out of position in the 11 minute of play, and Jacinto de Lara capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jacinto de Lara really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Jacinto de Lara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ferdinando Di Persio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Atletico Van Goof's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Grigoris Spanoulis was slow to take the kick. During this time PIRATAS TFP's players had a chance to rest. Grigoris Spanoulis made a great header on PIRATAS TFP's corner, it was just that Atletico Van Goof's Ferdinando Di Persio managed to reach the ball for a save. 18 minutes into the match, PIRATAS TFP's Jacinto de Lara sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ferdinando Di Persio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 23 minutes of play, PIRATAS TFP's Grigoris Spanoulis made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ferdinando Di Persio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ferdinando Di Persio made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Jacinto de Lara sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of PIRATAS TFP booed when Atletico Van Goof was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filippo Festa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Grigoris Spanoulis managed to get in a good position for a shot. PIRATAS TFP's supporters rose to their feet, but Grigoris Spanoulis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ferdinando Di Persio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Antônio Borges stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ercole Marcon's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Ercole Marcon sped through PIRATAS TFP's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Antônio Borges. Antônio Borges showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sid Eldridge in the 32nd minute of the match. The supporters of PIRATAS TFP booed when Atletico Van Goof was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Guernica didn't get a good kick on the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Atletico Van Goof's goalkeeper Ferdinando Di Persio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jacinto de Lara. Quique Jara's late challenge caught a Atletico Van Goof's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Quique Jara helped the player get up and apologised. After 47 played minutes PIRATAS TFP got a freekick which was hit by Quique Jara.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jacinto de Lara to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Atletico Van Goof defense, Jacinto de Lara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ferdinando Di Persio. The Atletico Van Goof fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ferdinando Di Persio should have stopped the shot. Ferdinando Di Persio came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by PIRATAS TFP's Jacinto de Lara. But to his dismay, Jacinto de Lara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Ferdinando Di Persio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jacinto de Lara went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. Ferdinando Di Persio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jacinto de Lara's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. In the 69th minute, Jacinto de Lara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ferdinando Di Persio was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-1. 74 minutes into the match, Jacinto de Lara had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ferdinando Di Persio. Atletico Van Goof's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jacinto de Lara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacinto de Lara in the 77th minute of play forced Atletico Van Goof's goalkeeper Ferdinando Di Persio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of PIRATAS TFP booed when Atletico Van Goof was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damiano Iachini didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ferdinando Di Persio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jacinto de Lara went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 10-1 was the resulting score. When Fedele Mancinelli fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atletico Van Goof's protests and gave Fedele Mancinelli a yellow card for diving instead. In the 83rd minute, Fedele Mancinelli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 85 minutes into the match, PIRATAS TFP's Jacinto de Lara sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ferdinando Di Persio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The throw-in from Fedele Mancinelli in the 87th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by PIRATAS TFP's Quique Jara. Jacinto de Lara blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ferdinando Di Persio having to make a save. Atletico Van Goof's Ferdinando Di Persio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto de Lara in the 88th minute of play. Jacinto de Lara took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ferdinando Di Persio. Ferdinando Di Persio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-1. In the 95th minute, Jacinto de Lara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ferdinando Di Persio was frozen by the shot and now it was 12-1. PIRATAS TFP walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
