Concordia Knurów's Lucjan Bielejewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Concordia Knurów from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Concordia Knurów defense, Marcelo Salas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucjan Bielejewski. The Concordia Knurów fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucjan Bielejewski should have stopped the shot. Mircea Popilean might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lucjan Bielejewski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mircea Popilean ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Amancio Baesler managed to get in a good position for a shot. FSX UNITED's supporters rose to their feet, but Amancio Baesler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucjan Bielejewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lucjan Bielejewski made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Amancio Baesler sent off a good shot on target.

When the final whistle sounded FSX UNITED left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Concordia Knurów.
