The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nubecitas FC's Christodoulos Karabogias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elco Das in the 6th minute of play. Claudinei Xavier's late challenge caught a Nubecitas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Claudinei Xavier helped the player get up and apologised. Claudinei Xavier kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Christodoulos Karabogias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudinei Xavier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hélder de Lara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mila Gröhe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. In the 47th match minute, Nubecitas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sunday Morelos to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Christodoulos Karabogias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elco Das in the 52nd minute of play. ALTHENTIC F.C's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Claudinei Xavier in the 53rd minute. After 54 played minutes ALTHENTIC F.C got a freekick which was hit by Ömer Eymen. In the 57th minute, Sunday Morelos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nubecitas FC's Pere Serradesanferm was substituted for Sunday Morelos. The throw-in from Hermengildo Laurentzi in the 63rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Nubecitas FC's Pere Serradesanferm. In the 64th minute, Betão de Medeiros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nubecitas FC's Christodoulos Karabogias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Nubecitas FC from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hélder de Lara in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mila Gröhe saved ALTHENTIC F.C from getting behind. With a little luck, Nubecitas FC's Christodoulos Karabogias got control of the ball when Betão de Medeiros tried to sneak it across the goal line. A hard shot 78 in the game by Claudinei Xavier from a close distance when the talented Christodoulos Karabogias managed to make a qualified save. Nubecitas FC's players were relieved. ALTHENTIC F.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Petri Marrero ran over to the corner to take the kick. Petri Marrero made a great header on Nubecitas FC's corner, it was just that ALTHENTIC F.C's Mila Gröhe managed to reach the ball for a save.

Nubecitas FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of ALTHENTIC F.C for a fine match.
