Spectators: 459 (Terracing: 345, Seating: 105, VIP seats: 9) In the 3rd minute Maicon Abreu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovanildo Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Walker Fletcher got a free kick in the 4th minute. The audience was convinced that Maicon Abreu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Geovanildo Silva was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. After 19 minutes Grêmio Prudente's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Robinho Toledo who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Robinho Toledo to fire away a dangerous shot which Geovanildo Silva despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Christiano da Cunha kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Maicon Abreu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Red Dragon FC - DMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Maicon Abreu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geovanildo Silva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maicon Abreu in the 34th minute of play forced Grêmio Prudente's goalkeeper Geovanildo Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Lucrețiu Grigore put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Adilson de Amorim. 39 minutes into the match, Grêmio Prudente's goal looked a bit too open when Maicon Abreu came free, but Geovanildo Silva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adilson de Amorim made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Edson Ribeiro sent off a good shot on target. Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Adilson de Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mo Wei Xing in the 45th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

55 minutes into the game, Maicon Abreu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Geovanildo Silva was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 59 minutes into the match, Red Dragon FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Mo Wei Xing came free, but Adilson de Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mo Wei Xing in the 61st minute of play forced Red Dragon FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Adilson de Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Grêmio Prudente's Christiano da Cunha got his second yellow card of the match in the 67th minute. The referee ordered Christiano da Cunha off the ground. A collision led to Grêmio Prudente getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Christiano da Cunha hit a great ball. When Maicon Abreu fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Red Dragon FC - DMZ's protests and gave Maicon Abreu a yellow card for diving instead. Maicon Abreu struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Geovanildo Silva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red Dragon FC - DMZ. 83 minutes into the match, Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Maicon Abreu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Geovanildo Silva narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Adilson de Amorim came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Grêmio Prudente's Pedro Augusto Sena. But to his dismay, Pedro Augusto Sena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. The whistle blew for the end of the second half and the match was still tied. The players were able to take a short break before lining up again for extra-time.

After the break the players went out on the field to play the first half of overtime with revived energy in their legs. Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Maicon Abreu started the play with the initial kick off. A throw-in in the 99th minute of the game was made by Lucrețiu Grigore with Nicolas Mendes as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Geovanildo Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maicon Abreu, who was totally free with the ball in the 101st minute. Lucrețiu Grigore made in the 102nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Mo Wei Xing immediately put the ball in play. 110 minutes into the match, Red Dragon FC - DMZ's Maicon Abreu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Geovanildo Silva narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Mo Wei Xing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 111th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugênio Paraíba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 113th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee signaled the end of the first half of extra-time the score was 2-2. The players had a chance to rest for a moment before the second half.

When it was time for second half in the overtime, the players were a bit slow, but they soon became more alert when it was time for Edson Ribeiro to make the kick off. Maicon Abreu took the ball and in the 124 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Geovanildo Silva. Geovanildo Silva dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. The Red Dragon FC - DMZ players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
