In the 7th minute of the match, Raphaël Lallemand got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ola Wall was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 13th minute, Les Pionniers de Touraine's Abraham Beauval dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The supporters of Les Pionniers de Touraine booed when NIKE Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anton Martinsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th match minute, Les Pionniers de Touraine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Léon Sureau to maneuver through the defense. Tanek Zurawski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Oskar Lägdin went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christoforos Manousopoulos in the 25th minute of play forced Les Pionniers de Touraine's goalkeeper Tanek Zurawski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ola Wall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abraham Beauval, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by NIKE Academy's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Léon Sureau was slow to take the kick. During this time Les Pionniers de Touraine's players had a chance to rest. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raphaël Lallemand got free with Ola Wall in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 38thth minute of the game Abraham Beauval who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but NIKE Academy's Ola Wall was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 41st match minute, NIKE Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus-Vinícius Franceschini to maneuver through the defense. After 42 played minutes, Les Pionniers de Touraine's Léon Sureau shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ola Wall came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Les Pionniers de Touraine reached it. After a rather tough play, NIKE Academy's Anton Martinsson got a free kick in the 45th minute. 46 minutes into the match, NIKE Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Abraham Beauval came free, but Ola Wall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kader Gonet kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kader Gonet to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Raphaël Lallemand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ola Wall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ola Wall came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Les Pionniers de Touraine's Léon Sureau. But to his dismay, Léon Sureau quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Anton Martinsson made in the 60th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Antonio-Ubaldo Conte. Les Pionniers de Touraine's Tanek Zurawski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lu Lin in the 64th minute of play. After 66 played minutes Les Pionniers de Touraine got a freekick which was hit by Mickaël Métenier. Les Pionniers de Touraine made a substitution. Désiré Alberto replaced Patryk Kopacz. Les Pionniers de Touraine's Big Burne was substituted for Clément Clavier. NIKE Academy made a substitution. Robert Mühren replaced Oskar Lägdin. Les Pionniers de Touraine made a substitution. Hervé Malaise replaced Abraham Beauval. After 67 played minutes Les Pionniers de Touraine got a freekick which was hit by Mickaël Métenier. NIKE Academy's Ola Wall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raphaël Lallemand in the 71st minute of play. Ola Wall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hervé Malaise in the 80th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christoforos Manousopoulos got free with Tanek Zurawski in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raphaël Lallemand in the 85th minute of play forced NIKE Academy's goalkeeper Ola Wall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ola Wall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hervé Malaise, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. A collision led to NIKE Academy getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Christoforos Manousopoulos hit a great ball. NIKE Academy made a substitution. Oleg Mamaev replaced Kader Gonet. In the 92nd match minute, NIKE Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christoforos Manousopoulos to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hervé Malaise in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ola Wall saved NIKE Academy from getting behind.
