Nino de Alcântara might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Téo Leite. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nino de Alcântara ran back to his position shaking his head. Téo Leite made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Nino de Alcântara sent off a good shot on target. Sigvard Edström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilbert Ugalde, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Sigvard Edström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Heidemann in the 15th minute of the match. Sigvard Edström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leandro Heidemann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Giovanni Hermes hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. The Alvi Verde fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Téo Leite should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Leandro Heidemann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alvi Verde's supporters rose to their feet, but Leandro Heidemann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sigvard Edström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leandro Heidemann was the one to do the kick off. Leandro Heidemann received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sigvard Edström came out and tried to block the shot, but Leandro Heidemann slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 66th minute. Alvi Verde made a substitution. Cuero Buseth replaced Wilbert Ugalde. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cuero Buseth got free with Sigvard Edström in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Oliver Eriksson hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. AC Papaya's Sigvard Edström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cuero Buseth in the 73rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peker Suersan in the 84th minute of play forced AC Papaya's goalkeeper Sigvard Edström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sigvard Edström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cuero Buseth in the 87th minute of play. With his leg Sigvard Edström managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when Alvi Verde's Leandro Heidemann fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.

The AC Papaya fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Alvi Verde were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
