Spectators: 586 (Terracing: 440, Seating: 135, VIP seats: 11) Petr Čech made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frans Van Caubergen in the 4th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Florian Hekman notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Silver Squad AFC's Waud De Geyter. Waud De Geyter was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Petr Čech showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Carberry, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 13thth minute of the game Benjamin Carberry who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SCs StarS's Petr Čech was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Silver Squad AFC fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Silver Squad AFC's Benjamin Carberry looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 18th minute, Thiago Gol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Waud De Geyter was a little too slow when Thiago Gol got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 2-1. 26 minutes into the match, SCs StarS's goal looked a bit too open when Damazy Radzyminski came free, but Petr Čech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silver Squad AFC's Waud De Geyter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Silver Squad AFC from getting a goal against them. 37 minutes into the match, SCs StarS's Thiago Gol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Waud De Geyter narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 37 minutes into the game, Thiago Gol recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Waud De Geyter. Thiago Gol showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. Petr Čech showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Carberry in the 40th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thiago Gol in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Waud De Geyter prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Frans Van Caubergen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petr Čech having to interfere. The supporters of SCs StarS booed when Silver Squad AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrik Ooms didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henk Zijden hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. Petr Čech showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Carberry, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Thiago Gol to strike the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes Silver Squad AFC got a freekick which was hit by Laurence Soens. In the 56th match minute, SCs StarS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thiago Gol to maneuver through the defense. 61 minutes into the match, Benjamin Carberry had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Petr Čech. SCs StarS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benjamin Carberry was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. A collision led to SCs StarS getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Florian Hekman hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute, Henk Zijden hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thiago Gol in the 78th minute of play forced Silver Squad AFC's goalkeeper Waud De Geyter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Carberry in the 80th minute of play forced SCs StarS's goalkeeper Petr Čech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 87 minutes into the match, SCs StarS's goalkeeper Petr Čech had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Loid De Keuster. Waud De Geyter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thiago Gol, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The audience was convinced that Thiago Gol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Waud De Geyter was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. After 97 played minutes Silver Squad AFC got a freekick which was hit by Henrik Ooms. SCs StarS's Thiago Gol got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

For all the effort they put into the match, the Silver Squad AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SCs StarS.
