The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as Ivar Lindqvist kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Folkert Vos. That made the score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. After 19 played minutes Stiinta-Univ. got a freekick which was hit by Shi Ming Sheng. A collision led to The Masters getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Rodolfo Jerold hit a great ball. Folkert Vos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamim Urbano in the 22nd minute of the match. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Shi Ming Sheng sped through The Masters's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Folkert Vos. Folkert Vos made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Shi Ming Sheng sent off a good shot on target. In the 30th minute Stiinta-Univ. were awarded a corner. Viteazul Flore went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Stiinta-Univ.'s Tomasz Gacek getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The Masters's Folkert Vos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shi Ming Sheng in the 33rd minute of play. Stiinta-Univ. were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after The Masters's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Viteazul Flore took the corner. Gervasio Arce tried in the 36th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Folkert Vos a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 3-0. In the 39th minute, Franco Alfonso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eulalio Urbasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The Masters made a substitution. Timoteo Griguol replaced Izydor Jeziorkowski. The wind increased when Franco Alfonso made the kick off in the second half. If Aurel Panait had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Folkert Vos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivar Lindqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute Stiinta-Univ. were awarded a corner. Viteazul Flore went to the cornerflag to take it. Viteazul Flore made a great header on Stiinta-Univ.'s corner, it was just that The Masters's Folkert Vos managed to reach the ball for a save. Şeref Abay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Eulalio Urbasa made a huge save.

There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Stiinta-Univ. fully deserved thier win.
