In the 22nd minute Ernesto Belarmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramón Abreu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s Ramón Abreu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Belarmo in the 25th minute of play. Lukács Bánhegyi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erasmo Cardoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 31 minutes into the match, ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Belarmo came free, but Ramón Abreu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ernesto Belarmo in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ramón Abreu saved ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ from getting behind. In the 34thth minute of the game Per-Oskar Walroth who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s Ramón Abreu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Oskar Walroth in the 37th minute of play forced ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s goalkeeper Ramón Abreu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Erasmo Cardoso made the kick off in the second half. Ernesto Belarmo scored 2-1 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ramón Abreu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
