Jurand Cempa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Gao Yang Yan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 20th minute by Gianluca Prestin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. With a little luck, Zacisze Częstochowa's Miroslaw Gollob got control of the ball when Roch Felenak tried to sneak it across the goal line. The La Pointe Courte players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Zacisze Częstochowa were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jurand Cempa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Miroslaw Gollob made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roch Felenak in the 52nd minute of play.
