In the 14th minute, Alvito Helguera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Celedonio Eguen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 18 minutes into the match, Matheu City FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alvito Helguera came free, but Celedonio Eguen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Anselmo Jenaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Celedonio Eguen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ospin Urruti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute, Alvito Helguera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Celedonio Eguen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After 34 played minutes Nueva Adalucia got a freekick which was hit by Mané Alcaraz. Blas Rozarius could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Larpe Cabrera made a huge save. Nueva Adalucia's Larpe Cabrera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robinho Salgado in the 44th minute of play. 46 minutes into the game, Maximino Lastur threw the ball into play from the sideline. Nueva Adalucia's Celino Valines quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After the first half Nueva Adalucia were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alvito Helguera was the one to do the kick off. If Minas Makris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nueva Adalucia's attentive Mané Alcaraz managed to snatch the ball when Maximino Lastur made a throw-in in the 53rd minute of the game. 54 minutes into the match, Nueva Adalucia's Alvito Helguera sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Celedonio Eguen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Larpe Cabrera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blas Rozarius in the 55th minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Nueva Adalucia's goal looked a bit too open when Blas Rozarius came free, but Larpe Cabrera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 57 played minutes Nueva Adalucia got a freekick which was hit by Alvito Helguera. Larpe Cabrera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blas Rozarius in the 61st minute of play. In the 65th minute, Ospin Urruti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nueva Adalucia's Alvito Helguera got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maximino Lastur during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Nueva Adalucia booed when Matheu City FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximino Lastur didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alvito Helguera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Matheu City FC's Maximino Lastur got a free kick in the 96th minute.
