Biagio Tolin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laffitte Sanes in the 5th minute of the match. Biagio Tolin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laffitte Sanes in the 7th minute of play. Urtungo Verdejo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lastur Murcia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, AC Guadalajara's goalkeeper Lastur Murcia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Urtungo Verdejo. Biagio Tolin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Normando Palencia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Normando Palencia in the 27th minute of play forced Medoacus Maior's goalkeeper Biagio Tolin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AC Guadalajara's Lastur Murcia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Corrado Piscopo in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Fidel Gomez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Normando Palencia in the 45th minute of play forced Medoacus Maior's goalkeeper Biagio Tolin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Laffitte Sanes to make the kick off. Biagio Tolin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Laffitte Sanes in the 52nd minute. Lastur Murcia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miguel Tristan's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Medoacus Maior's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alvaro Tolin in the 54th minute. Alvaro Tolin made a great header on Medoacus Maior's corner, it was just that AC Guadalajara's Lastur Murcia managed to reach the ball for a save. AC Guadalajara made a substitution. After 74 minutes AC Guadalajara's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alvaro Tolin who took care of the corner kick. 77 minutes into the match, AC Guadalajara's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Tristan came free, but Lastur Murcia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Medoacus Maior's zone, Laffitte Sanes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Biagio Tolin came out of the goal and Laffitte Sanes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Medoacus Maior's Fedele De Rubeis got a free kick in the 82nd minute. 86 minutes into the match, Miguel Tristan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lastur Murcia. AC Guadalajara's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miguel Tristan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Urtungo Verdejo hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Lawrence Starling's late challenge caught a Medoacus Maior's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lawrence Starling helped the player get up and apologised. After some careless play in the AC Guadalajara defense, Miguel Tristan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lastur Murcia. The AC Guadalajara fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lastur Murcia should have stopped the shot.

The Medoacus Maior support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
