Barnaba Pilsudski started the match with the kick off. FC Gullegem's Waut Du Molin got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 15 minutes into the game, Lekko Spoceni's Maciej Jaworski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Axell Verduin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. When Lekko Spoceni's Maciej Jaworski in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Gullegem's goalie prevented a goal. Desiderio Ibañez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Axell Verduin made a huge save. After some careless play in the FC Gullegem defense, Desiderio Ibañez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Axell Verduin. The FC Gullegem fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Axell Verduin should have stopped the shot. Axell Verduin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maciej Jaworski, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. A collision led to Lekko Spoceni getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Maik Nawrocki hit a great ball. FC Gullegem's Yanick De Ketelaere was substituted for Pierre-Paul Callaerts. Mats Vanooteghem made in the 44th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Lekko Spoceni's Desiderio Ibañez. Maciej Jaworski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Axell Verduin having to interfere. The supporters of Lekko Spoceni booed when FC Gullegem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel De Roest didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Maciej Jaworski to make the kick off. Maciej Jaworski struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Axell Verduin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lekko Spoceni. Marc-André Van Bastén sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Axell Verduin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marc-André Van Bastén, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 63 minutes into the game, Marc-André Van Bastén cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Axell Verduin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. FC Gullegem made a substitution. Cederic De Vadder replaced Barnaba Pilsudski. But to his dismay, Cederic De Vadder quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. 84 minutes into the match, FC Gullegem's goal looked a bit too open when Marc-André Van Bastén came free, but Axell Verduin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mikolaj Szotek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cederic De Vadder, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. 91 minutes into the match, FC Gullegem's goal looked a bit too open when Marc-André Van Bastén came free, but Axell Verduin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Gullegem's Axell Verduin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marc-André Van Bastén in the 92nd minute of play. After 93 minutes of play, Lekko Spoceni's Marc-André Van Bastén made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Axell Verduin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marc-André Van Bastén hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match.

Lekko Spoceni were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FC Gullegem for a fine match.
