Zoil Pequeño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zoil Pequeño got free with Ernesto Emmanuel in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benito Naldo in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jose Boldu saved Deportivo ScrugenFC from getting behind. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Jose Boldu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henri Ladva in the 16th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Deportivo ScrugenFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ás Ronaldo came free, but Jose Boldu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Deportivo ScrugenFC's Zoil Pequeño sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ernesto Emmanuel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Deportivo ScrugenFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fortun Bobes in the 21st minute. In the 24th match minute, Madison was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejo Marcones to maneuver through the defense. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Zoil Pequeño got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 31 minutes into the game, Romário Macedo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Madison's Vítor Esparteiro quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Deportivo ScrugenFC's Junior Busquets managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alejo Marcones in the 35 minute of the game. Zoil Pequeño received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ernesto Emmanuel came out and tried to block the shot, but Zoil Pequeño slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 39th minute. If Zoil Pequeño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zoil Pequeño's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ernesto Emmanuel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Ás Ronaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Zoil Pequeño managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo ScrugenFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zoil Pequeño was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernesto Emmanuel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 54th minute Zoil Pequeño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Emmanuel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Fortun Bobes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ernesto Emmanuel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zoil Pequeño in the 63rd minute of play forced Madison's goalkeeper Ernesto Emmanuel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Zoil Pequeño notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Madison's Ernesto Emmanuel. Ernesto Emmanuel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Madison's Juan Fernando Quintero was substituted for Cristobal Chumo. Jose Boldu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benito Naldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benito Naldo took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jose Boldu. Ernesto Emmanuel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leobardo Padierna in the 72nd minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, Madison's goal looked a bit too open when Leobardo Padierna came free, but Ernesto Emmanuel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. José Paulo Silveira's late challenge caught a Madison's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ernesto Emmanuel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leobardo Padierna went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Fortun Bobes charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fortun Bobes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 96th match minute, Deportivo ScrugenFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fortun Bobes to maneuver through the defense.
