Hernani Pires made in the 3rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Águilas Poblanas's Epifanio Intxixu. Jardel Reis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kimmo Saastamoinen in the 7th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Deivid de Salles in the 11th minute of play forced Águilas Poblanas's goalkeeper Alexandros Ismael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Chu Yun Lei managed to get in a good position for a shot. Catadão's supporters rose to their feet, but Chu Yun Lei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexandros Ismael breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zafran Chien-Kwan in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alexandros Ismael prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Águilas Poblanas's Alexandros Ismael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deivid de Salles in the 21st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Deivid de Salles in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexandros Ismael saved Águilas Poblanas from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Deivid de Salles in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alexandros Ismael prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Catadão's Deivid de Salles, in the 23rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Catadão. 26 minutes into the match, Eusebio Beltran had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jardel Reis. Catadão's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eusebio Beltran was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Catadão's Jardel Reis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Catadão from getting a goal against them. If Zafran Chien-Kwan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 33rd minute Zafran Chien-Kwan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandros Ismael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexandros Ismael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zafran Chien-Kwan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes into the game, Eusebio Beltran cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jardel Reis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Zafran Chien-Kwan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alexandros Ismael was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Catadão's Zafran Chien-Kwan managed to work through Águilas Poblanas's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Zafran Chien-Kwan dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 44th minute of the game. One of Catadão:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Águilas Poblanas:s goal. In the 47th minute there was a penalty for Águilas Poblanas. Niklas Pedersson stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jardel Reis. 3-0. Catadão's Cebrail Yamanöz was substituted for Deivid de Salles. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eusebio Beltran to strike the kick off in the second half. Águilas Poblanas's Alexandros Ismael proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Águilas Poblanas from getting a goal against them. After 59 minutes of play, Águilas Poblanas's Eusebio Beltran made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jardel Reis was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Catadão defense, Eusebio Beltran kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jardel Reis. The Catadão fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jardel Reis should have stopped the shot. After 69 minutes, Carlo Ciolli made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Catadão's Jardel Reis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Águilas Poblanas's Levi Lanen was substituted for Ciro Matai. After 80 minutes, Virgilio Txindoki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Águilas Poblanas and the Catadão players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 81 played minutes Águilas Poblanas got a freekick which was hit by Virgilio Txindoki. Zafran Chien-Kwan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandros Ismael having to interfere. Jardel Reis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusebio Beltran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Águilas Poblanas's Eusebio Beltran in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Catadão's goalie prevented a goal. Jardel Reis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgilio Txindoki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Águilas Poblanas's Eusebio Beltran got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eusebio Beltran's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jardel Reis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play.

The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Águilas Poblanas had won after a very even match.
