The supporters of S.C.CHUÍ booed when Castagneto Po FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilio Sciarra didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emilio Sciarra to make the kick off. S.C.CHUÍ's Armando Cerezo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Ciccone in the 78th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Castagneto Po FC's Federico Ciccone ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Armando Cerezo. Armando Cerezo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Joris Scheer struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Dennis Cimino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.C.CHUÍ. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Castagneto Po FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
