The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Miguel Marin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herbert Pracki in the 8th minute of play. FC Dezassete's Miguel Marin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herbert Pracki in the 11th minute of play. Rogério Ceni came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Dezassete's You. But to his dismay, You quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Dezassete's goalkeeper Miguel Marin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Carroll Mansfield hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute, Meng Di Jun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Dezassete fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Isac Bomba lost his temper 27 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Herbert Pracki did an outstanding performance 30 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 2-1 to the right of an irritated Miguel Marin in the goal. Miguel Marin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herbert Pracki, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Rogério Ceni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Meng Di Jun in the 39th minute of play. Miguel Marin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herbert Pracki in the 41st minute of play. Herbert Pracki took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Miguel Marin. Miguel Marin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Fabricio Martino was substituted for Anibal Misael. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Meng Di Jun was the one to do the kick off. Miguel Marin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cumhur Günay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute of the match Belgrano LOS PIRATAS got a corner. FC Dezassete's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carroll Mansfield ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Guillermo Frank almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Dezassete's Miguel Marin did a great save. Miguel Marin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herbert Pracki in the 67th minute of the match. Miguel Marin came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Cumhur Günay. But to his dismay, Cumhur Günay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Teodoro Hartz was substituted for Herbert Pracki. Meng Di Jun might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rogério Ceni. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Meng Di Jun ran back to his position shaking his head. FC Dezassete made a substitution. Kevin Bellet replaced Pang Kun Xi. FC Dezassete made a substitution. Branco Tinto replaced Meng Di Jun. FC Dezassete made a substitution. Quintino Prates replaced You. In the 81st match minute, FC Dezassete was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frederico Pinheiro to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cumhur Günay in the 83rd minute of play forced FC Dezassete's goalkeeper Miguel Marin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Dezassete's Miguel Marin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Hartz in the 91st minute of play. Teodoro Hartz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Marin having to interfere.

The FC Dezassete supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's performance. The match ended with a win for Belgrano LOS PIRATAS.
