It was a well-played corner which Semail Ilıca managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Both players had fought hard during the second half to keep the score at 1-1. The tie meant more entertainment for the crowd as the match moved into extra-time.

Red John S.K's Cássio Corinth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Özgür Özbay in the 108th minute of play. Tayyip Taylan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Cássio Corinth firmly grabbed it by the left post.

The players looked a little tired but resolute before the second half of the overtime, where Sebastian Bach took the kick off. When the match had been going on for 139 minutes, LOI's Atak Koral got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Cássio Corinth. The goalkeeper, George Buturugã, was totally fooled by Red John S.K's Jakue Llave, who 140 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Tayyip Taylan shot a long shot in the 142nd minute and a light blocked Cássio Corinth hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 4-4.
