Cristi Miheș came out and tried to block the shot, but Laurgain Ruiz slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 45th minute. In the 47th minute, Liviu Buceceanu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ismael Negri was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Evaristo Castro was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to MAZER SAF getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Claudinho Montenegro hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evaristo Castro in the 93rd minute of play forced Armada's goalkeeper Cristi Miheș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armada's Cristi Miheș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yuri Alberto in the 95th minute of play. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. MAZER SAF were victorious despite being under pressure from Armada for much of the match.
