The audience thought a goal was coming when Enrique Leite got free with Eugen Jupân in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Vila Industrial FC fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Vila Industrial FC's Enrique Leite looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Eugen Jupân came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Vila Industrial FC's Arthur Guedes. But to his dismay, Arthur Guedes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Călin Feroiu's late challenge caught a Vila Industrial FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Călin Feroiu helped the player get up and apologised. Călin Feroiu hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match.
