After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Wen Hai Le managed to get in a good position for a shot. ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's supporters rose to their feet, but Wen Hai Le was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armando Basajaun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Armando Basajaun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wen Hai Le in the 6th minute of play. In the 8th minute of the match ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ got a corner. Cartero de Agronomia F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Danilo Gerber ran over to the corner to take the kick. Yu Jian Tian made a great header on ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's corner, it was just that Cartero de Agronomia F.C.'s Armando Basajaun managed to reach the ball for a save. Armando Basajaun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yu Jian Tian in the 10th minute of the match. The ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Yu Jian Tian's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armando Basajaun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Yu Jian Tian sped through Cartero de Agronomia F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Armando Basajaun. Federico Girotti took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelino Flor. Marcelino Flor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. If Yu Jian Tian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute, Cartero de Agronomia F.C.'s Federico Girotti dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. After a rather tough play, ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's Erasmo Campidelis got a free kick in the 46th minute. The Cartero de Agronomia F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ were winning 2-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Federico Girotti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. German Isias hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Yu Jian Tian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's Teofilo Galtero was substituted for Danilo Gerber. Wen Hai Le kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. David Belasko hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's Ovidio Marin was substituted for Wen Hai Le. A collision led to Cartero de Agronomia F.C. getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. David Belasko hit a great ball. José Sand took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Armando Basajaun. Armando Basajaun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. After 79 played minutes ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ got a freekick which was hit by Everardo Hartz. Everardo Hartz in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Armando Basajaun, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 83 minutes into the match, Cartero de Agronomia F.C.'s goalkeeper Armando Basajaun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by José Sand. Cartero de Agronomia F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 83rd minute, when José Sand scored to the left of an out of position Armando Basajaun, making the score, 3-5. ₡ösᴛᴀ ᴆᴇ ₿ᴀʀᴙɪĿ's Marcelino Flor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabricio Miro in the 89th minute of play.
