The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gilmar Recife during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gilmar Recife kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Mikail Yerhums short, quick shot in the 10thth minute got Filipe Duarte to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Minuim SS's attentive Leo Ponzio managed to snatch the ball when Edu Correia made a throw-in in the 12th minute of the game. If Mikail Yerhum had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Figueirense FC - FSCMZ's Filipe Duarte proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Figueirense FC - FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. Olivar Loayza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristiano Lage having to interfere. Filipe Duarte was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Mikail Yerhum capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mikail Yerhum really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 30 minutes into the match, Figueirense FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Filipe Duarte had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mikail Yerhum. Mikail Yerhum might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filipe Duarte. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mikail Yerhum ran back to his position shaking his head. Filipe Duarte made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Mikail Yerhum sent off a good shot on target. In the 36th minute, Minuim SS's Mikail Yerhum dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. 39 minutes into the match, Mikail Yerhum notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Figueirense FC - FSCMZ's Filipe Duarte. Filipe Duarte was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wanderson Oliveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute, Mikail Yerhum got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Olivar Loayza to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Figueirense FC - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Antunes to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Mikail Yerhum sped through Figueirense FC - FSCMZ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Filipe Duarte. Filipe Duarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikail Yerhum in the 60th minute of play. In the 65thth minute of the game Mikail Yerhum who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Figueirense FC - FSCMZ's Filipe Duarte was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Filipe Duarte didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mikail Yerhum went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Minuim SS's Luisinho Linhares was substituted for Juninho Reis. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikail Yerhum in the 72nd minute of play forced Figueirense FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Filipe Duarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the game, Luisinho Linhares cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Filipe Duarte was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Filipe Duarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mikail Yerhum, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute Luisinho Linhares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filipe Duarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filipe Duarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikail Yerhum, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filipe Duarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikail Yerhum in the 80th minute of the match. After 81 played minutes Figueirense FC - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Thiago Silva. Filipe Duarte didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luisinho Linhares went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. In the 87th minute Mikail Yerhum shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filipe Duarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filipe Duarte came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Minuim SS's Mikail Yerhum. But to his dismay, Mikail Yerhum quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. Figueirense FC - FSCMZ's Filipe Duarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisinho Linhares in the 90th minute of play. Filipe Duarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisinho Linhares in the 92nd minute of play. Minuim SS walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
