Argentinos de Bien's supporters rose to their feet, but Igor Luzea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leandro Meireles breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leandro Meireles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bai Yan Zhen in the 9th minute of the match. After 26 minutes, Geraldo Guarda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos and the Argentinos de Bien players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's Geraldo Guarda got a free kick in the 26th minute. After 28 minutes of play, Argentinos de Bien's Bai Yan Zhen made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leandro Meireles was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bai Yan Zhen who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Leandro Meireles when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Leandro Meireles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bai Yan Zhen, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Bai Yan Zhen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leandro Meireles read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Bai Yan Zhen reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Leandro Meireles. The goal made the score 4-0. The supporters of Argentinos de Bien booed when Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Luz didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Manuel Carneiro fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's protests and gave Manuel Carneiro a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bai Yan Zhen in the 89th minute of play forced Cruz de Cristo-Carvalhos's goalkeeper Leandro Meireles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute, Manuel Carneiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
