SC Agualva's supporters crossed their fingers, but Octávio Gago was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. SC Agualva's António Flores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cederik Engelborghs in the 40th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cederik Engelborghs in the 42nd minute of play forced SC Agualva's goalkeeper António Flores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 44 minutes, Rafael Moniz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Agualva and the FC Beir players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 44 played minutes SC Agualva got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Moniz. António Flores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raymond De nuijter in the 47th minute of play. Louis-Philippe Mattheijs didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Agualva. After 92 played minutes FC Beir got a freekick which was hit by Mathias-Alexander Caspers. After a rather tough play, SC Agualva's Rafael Moniz got a free kick in the 95th minute. The FC Beir players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
