The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 6 minutes, Quillian Theuniers mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Beir and the Graney players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Mathias-Alexander Caspers fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Beir's protests and gave Mathias-Alexander Caspers a yellow card for diving instead. After 14 played minutes FC Beir got a freekick which was hit by Mathias-Alexander Caspers. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cederik Engelborghs got free with Beineon Morrison in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raymond De nuijter in the 20th minute of play forced Graney's goalkeeper Beineon Morrison to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Berkley Kelly sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 28th minute of the game. One of FC Beir:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Graney:s goal. Donavan Dalton placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 32nd minute, Berkley Kelly ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Louis-Philippe Mattheijs was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After 36 played minutes FC Beir got a freekick which was hit by Cederik Engelborghs. 40 minutes into the match, Graney's goal looked a bit too open when Henry Van der Meiren came free, but Beineon Morrison reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Berkley Kelly had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Louis-Philippe Mattheijs. FC Beir's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Berkley Kelly was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 46th match minute, Graney was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Briony Hughes to maneuver through the defense. Raymond De nuijter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Graney were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After a rather tough play, Graney's Briony Caffey got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Henry Van der Meiren managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Beir's supporters rose to their feet, but Henry Van der Meiren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Beineon Morrison breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Raymond De nuijter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beineon Morrison having to interfere. When Raymond De nuijter came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the FC Beir fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raymond De nuijter couldn't finish the play. If Berkley Kelly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 70 minutes into the game, FC Beir's Raymond De nuijter nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Beineon Morrison made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. In the 72nd minute, Mathias-Alexander Caspers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, FC Beir's Louis-Philippe Mattheijs got control of the ball when Berkley Kelly tried to sneak it across the goal line. FC Beir's Henry Van der Meiren got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 78 minutes into the game, FC Beir's Henry Van der Meiren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Beineon Morrison made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Beineon Morrison took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raymond De nuijter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of FC Beir booed when Graney was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beale Keegan didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Henry Van der Meiren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Louis-Philippe Mattheijs made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Berkley Kelly sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry Van der Meiren in the 89th minute of play forced Graney's goalkeeper Beineon Morrison to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Beineon Morrison showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry Van der Meiren in the 93rd minute of the match. The FC Beir supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Graney's performance. The match ended with a win for Graney.
