Américo Palha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matias Vegetti in the 11th minute. Matias Vegetti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Américo Palha made a huge save. Bernardinho Sharkin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Américo Ramires in the 24th minute of play. Bernardinho Sharkin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leal Brito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Américo Palha made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Matias Vegetti sent off a good shot on target. After 40 minutes Campus Douro Academy's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Min Hero who took care of the corner kick. The corner led TaTeRo Boys's Min Hero to fire away a dangerous shot which Américo Palha despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Américo Palha came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by TaTeRo Boys's Matias Vegetti. But to his dismay, Matias Vegetti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leal Brito was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute, TaTeRo Boys's Christer Lindqvist seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Christer Lindqvist the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of TaTeRo Boys protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Christer Lindqvist had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of Campus Douro Academy booed when TaTeRo Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christer Lindqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manuel França struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Bernardinho Sharkin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Campus Douro Academy. In the 59th minute of the match, Américo Ramires tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bernardinho Sharkin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Américo Palha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matias Vegetti, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. A collision led to Campus Douro Academy getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. André Valente hit a great ball. Campus Douro Academy's Américo Palha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Novak Djokovic in the 66th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Campus Douro Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Novak Djokovic came free, but Américo Palha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 4-1 became the score in the 74th minute when Manuel França elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Bernardinho Sharkin made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Leal Brito sent off a good shot on target. Américo Palha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Novak Djokovic's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. After 93 played minutes Campus Douro Academy got a freekick which was hit by Adão Carvalheira. Bernardinho Sharkin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Manuel França showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-2 in the 95 minute of play.
