The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Stig-Arne Valler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Motta Rello having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Mister Trump notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of San Michele AFC's Motta Rello. Motta Rello was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ziemowit Kinic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vitomir Vutov having to interfere. 16 minutes into the game, San Michele AFC's Ziemowit Kinic nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vitomir Vutov made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mister Trump in the 21st minute of play forced San Michele AFC's goalkeeper Motta Rello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Motta Rello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mister Trump in the 23rd minute of play. FC Philotimo were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after San Michele AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Stig-Arne Valler took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Antonio Čolak managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Motta Rello made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mister Trump in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hüsamettin Civanmert in the 33rd minute of play forced FC Philotimo's goalkeeper Vitomir Vutov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mister Trump stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felice Zinni during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. FC Philotimo's Vitomir Vutov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Giusto in the 79th minute of play. In the 86th minute Magno Aparecido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Motta Rello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Magno Aparecido scored 2-1 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Motta Rello, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Magno Aparecido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 95th minute Magno Aparecido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Motta Rello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
