Marcial Mendebal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 9 minutes into the match, Torgny Landin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcial Mendebal. ORANGE FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Torgny Landin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Torgny Landin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jens-Åke Källberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anibal Behe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Anibal Behe got free in front of the goal in the 14th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Jens-Åke Källberg was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Torgny Landin sped through ORANGE FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marcial Mendebal. The supporters of Boca Juniors booed when ORANGE FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Placido Senen didn't get a good kick on the ball. 27 minutes into the match, ORANGE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Torgny Landin came free, but Marcial Mendebal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torgny Landin in the 29th minute of play forced ORANGE FC's goalkeeper Marcial Mendebal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luis Karlo made in the 32nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Arsenio Pagomari. In the 33rd minute, Torgny Landin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boca Juniors fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. After 37 minutes, Placido Senen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ORANGE FC and the Boca Juniors players grew even worse after the yellow card. Torgny Landin shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After a rather tough play, ORANGE FC's Placido Senen got a free kick in the 40th minute. Torgny Landin scored 0-8 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcial Mendebal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 0-8 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bernabe Claude to strike the kick off in the second half. After 59 played minutes ORANGE FC got a freekick which was hit by Uriel Peruxu. In the 61st minute, Torgny Landin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marcial Mendebal. The goal made the score 0-10. Marcial Mendebal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Torgny Landin in the 64th minute. ORANGE FC's Marcial Mendebal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torgny Landin in the 66th minute of play. Torgny Landin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 67 minutes into the match, ORANGE FC's goalkeeper Marcial Mendebal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Torgny Landin. After a defensive mix-up in ORANGE FC's zone, Torgny Landin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcial Mendebal came out of the goal and Torgny Landin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Boca Juniors made a substitution. Julian Beturian replaced Jan Höijer. Boca Juniors made a substitution. Jiang Xuan Nan replaced Niklas Kjellberg. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernabe Claude in the 74th minute of play forced Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Jens-Åke Källberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gerd Della succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-11 in the 75th playminute. ORANGE FC's Marcial Mendebal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerd Della in the 78th minute of play. Marcial Mendebal made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Gerd Della sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to ORANGE FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Arsenio Pagomari hit a great ball. With his leg Marcial Mendebal managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when Boca Juniors's Julian Beturian fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Julian Beturian's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcial Mendebal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Boca Juniors's Marcial Mendebal threw himself towards the right post 89 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Torgny Landin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 89th minute of the match, Torgny Landin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marcial Mendebal saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 92nd minute of the match Boca Juniors got a corner. ORANGE FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Per-Åke Lundberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Per-Åke Lundberg almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ORANGE FC's Marcial Mendebal did a great save. In the 94th minute, Boca Juniors's Julian Beturian ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcial Mendebal. Marcial Mendebal yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-12. The ORANGE FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Boca Juniors were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
