The audience thought a goal was coming when Timmy Henriksson got free with Bai Kun De in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maxim Tsigalko in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bai Kun De prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vince Di Cola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franco Lizzi in the 27th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Timmy Henriksson could shoot a difficult shot in the 28th minute, which Bai Kun De however easily saved by the left post. Supremacy Catania FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Franco Lizzi in the 34th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Samurai's zone, Bilge Kağan Samih stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vince Di Cola came out of the goal and Bilge Kağan Samih tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 36 played minutes Samurai got a freekick which was hit by Timmy Henriksson. In the 39th minute Bilge Kağan Samih shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vince Di Cola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vince Di Cola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bilge Kağan Samih, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. 47 minutes had been played when some careless play by Samurai's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Franco Lizzi was slow to take the kick. During this time Supremacy Catania FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Supremacy Catania FC's corner Filippo Bozzelli fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vince Di Cola quite easily take care of the ball.
