A collision led to ITAFUT 4EVER getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Jean-Paul Møffelmand hit a great ball. 6 minutes into the game, Palestra do Interior's 韩默克 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nilson Peres made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Nilson Peres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romário Barbosa in the 8th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Percival Cruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 10 minutes of play, ITAFUT 4EVER's Ryszard Barycz made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Allan Varela was left in no man's land by his defense there! 13 minutes into the match, Ryszard Barycz notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Palestra do Interior's Allan Varela. Allan Varela was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 17th minute, 韩默克 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palestra do Interior fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. 21 minutes into the game, Ryszard Barycz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Allan Varela. Ryszard Barycz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. Palestra do Interior's Allan Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryszard Barycz in the 26th minute of play. After some careless play in the Palestra do Interior defense, Ryszard Barycz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Allan Varela. The Palestra do Interior fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Allan Varela should have stopped the shot. 33 minutes into the match, Palestra do Interior's goal looked a bit too open when Ryszard Barycz came free, but Allan Varela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nilson Peres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romário Barbosa in the 35th minute of the match. Allan Varela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ryszard Barycz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute, Ryszard Barycz fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Palestra do Interior's Allan Varela proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Palestra do Interior from getting a goal against them. After 45 played minutes ITAFUT 4EVER got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Paul Møffelmand. Evripidis Picoulas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nilson Peres read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. When Evripidis Picoulas fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palestra do Interior's protests and gave Evripidis Picoulas a yellow card for diving instead. In the 46th minute, Evripidis Picoulas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 52nd minute, Durval Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nilson Peres showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 韩默克, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. ITAFUT 4EVER's Nilson Peres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save ITAFUT 4EVER from getting a goal against them. Boyisana Mnisi kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. ITAFUT 4EVER made a substitution. João Vítor Porto replaced Niklas Bergdal. Palestra do Interior's Fang Guang Bang was substituted for Herbert Pankowski. In the 67th match minute, Palestra do Interior was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boyisana Mnisi to maneuver through the defense. Allan Varela came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by ITAFUT 4EVER's Jardel Baggio. But to his dismay, Jardel Baggio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. ITAFUT 4EVER's Nilson Peres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Percival Cruz in the 78th minute of play. Jardel Baggio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Allan Varela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vitório Lago might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nilson Peres. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vitório Lago ran back to his position shaking his head. Vitório Lago could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Nilson Peres made a huge save. A collision led to ITAFUT 4EVER getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Marquinhos Best hit a great ball. 93 minutes had been played when some careless play by ITAFUT 4EVER's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Niclas Danielsson was slow to take the kick. During this time Palestra do Interior's players had a chance to rest.
