After having played for 8 minutes, Mike Axisa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mike Axisa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Malta's goalkeeper Jason Statham, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Ajax Academy defense, Leonardo Da Vinci kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dragos Enicov. The Ajax Academy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dragos Enicov should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Ajax Academy's zone, Leonardo Da Vinci stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dragos Enicov came out of the goal and Leonardo Da Vinci tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dragos Enicov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evan Bugelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 25 minutes into the match, Ajax Academy's goalkeeper Dragos Enicov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mario Salerno. Leonardo Da Vinci who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Dragos Enicov when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 32 minutes of play, Ajax Academy's Huang Jie Peng made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jason Statham was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Malta defense, Antonio Cacciatore kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jason Statham. The Malta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jason Statham should have stopped the shot. 38 minutes into the match, Leonardo Da Vinci notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Ajax Academy's Dragos Enicov. Dragos Enicov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dragos Enicov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mike Axisa in the 40th minute of the match. Dragos Enicov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonardo Da Vinci in the 42nd minute. Dragos Enicov had great luck who in the 43rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Evan Bugelli from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antonio Cacciatore to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Gong Yan Bin took a quick shot and it went in 2-4 without a chance for Jason Statham to make any attempt to save it. Gong Yan Bin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Jason Statham made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonardo Da Vinci in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dragos Enicov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Evan Bugelli kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Dragos Enicov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Da Vinci in the 79th minute of the match. A beautiful save bye Ajax Academy's goalie prevented a goal. When the final whistle went the supporters of Ajax Academy were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Malta side.
