Serafin Bernal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oskar Törnblom in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Talleres de Escalada's goal looked a bit too open when Oskar Törnblom came free, but Serafin Bernal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Old Boys's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by 庄平战 in the 24th minute. Lucio Guifre made a great header on The Old Boys's corner, it was just that Talleres de Escalada's Serafin Bernal managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Urdin in the 27th minute of play forced The Old Boys's goalkeeper Peter Belkå to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 28 minutes The Old Boys's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marcos Acuña who took care of the corner kick. The Old Boys's Peter Belkå proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save The Old Boys from getting a goal against them. Peter Belkå made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Xepe Godan sent off a good shot on target. Serafin Bernal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 汪昆洋 in the 48th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After having played for 76 minutes, Christian Urdin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Talleres de Escalada's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Urdin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Peter Belkå showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Acuña, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Serafin Bernal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulino Sayvion's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. 84 minutes into the game, The Old Boys's Paulino Sayvion nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Serafin Bernal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fang Lang Mo in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Peter Belkå saved The Old Boys from getting behind. Fang Lang Mo took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Peter Belkå. Peter Belkå dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The Old Boys's 汪昆洋 quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Natalio Gagriel, made in the 94th minute of the game. When Talleres de Escalada's Fang Lang Mo in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye The Old Boys's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to The Old Boys getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. 庄平战 hit a great ball. When the referee ended the match the Talleres de Escalada players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
