The supporters of RWDM booed when Scrotum Kickers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Freddy Eutropio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the game, Scrotum Kickers FC's Gonzalo Maradona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tony Vandenberge made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Robbin van Persie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Per-Oskar Söderström made a huge save. In the 14th minute, Gonzalo Maradona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 16 minutes into the match, Scrotum Kickers FC's Zbigniew Furlit sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tony Vandenberge narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tony Vandenberge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosmin Donecea, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 22 minutes into the match, RWDM's goal looked a bit too open when Cosmin Donecea came free, but Tony Vandenberge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Gonzalo Maradona had to leave the field with a concussion. 23 minutes into the game, Victor Figaro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RWDM's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Scrotum Kickers FC the free kick. Scrotum Kickers FC's Rudolf Gråberg was substituted for Gonzalo Maradona. A collision led to RWDM getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Victor Figaro hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boguslaw Domamir in the 25th minute of play forced RWDM's goalkeeper Tony Vandenberge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 32 minutes of play, Scrotum Kickers FC's He Kun Zheng made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tony Vandenberge was left in no man's land by his defense there! 37 minutes into the match, Scrotum Kickers FC's goalkeeper Per-Oskar Söderström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lennert Van der Vloedt. Robbin van Persie in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Per-Oskar Söderström, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 39th minute, Freddy Eutropio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tony Vandenberge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rudolf Gråberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 43 minutes, Cosmin Donecea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Scrotum Kickers FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cosmin Donecea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in RWDM's zone, Cosmin Donecea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tony Vandenberge came out of the goal and Cosmin Donecea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 45 minutes into the match, RWDM's goal looked a bit too open when Rudolf Gråberg came free, but Tony Vandenberge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner led Scrotum Kickers FC's Ragnar Åberg to fire away a dangerous shot which Tony Vandenberge despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The RWDM players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Scrotum Kickers FC were winning 0-2.
In the 51st minute of the match RWDM got a corner. Scrotum Kickers FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lennert Van der Vloedt ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 52nd match minute, RWDM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reemy Van Gorpt to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rudolf Gråberg in the 55th minute of play forced RWDM's goalkeeper Tony Vandenberge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ritchie Kerkhofs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a left leg Tony Vandenberge saved RWDM from getting behind. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Rudolf Gråberg sped through RWDM's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tony Vandenberge. 74 minutes into the match, RWDM's goal looked a bit too open when Zbigniew Furlit came free, but Tony Vandenberge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Scrotum Kickers FC's Per-Oskar Söderström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robbin van Persie in the 77th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cosmin Donecea in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tony Vandenberge prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 85 minutes RWDM's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Boguslaw Domamir who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in He Kun Zheng almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but RWDM's Tony Vandenberge did a great save. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by RWDM's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Boguslaw Domamir was slow to take the kick. During this time Scrotum Kickers FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Scrotum Kickers FC's Zbigniew Furlit getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. A collision led to Scrotum Kickers FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Dawid Barycz hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded Scrotum Kickers FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than RWDM.
