In the 8th minute, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Tolgahan Onatkan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Roberto Eztebe. Roberto Eztebe yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Jan Hop managed to get in a good position for a shot. AFC FUSION's supporters rose to their feet, but Jan Hop was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amauri Félix breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amauri Félix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Hop, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tolgahan Onatkan in the 19th minute of play forced AFC FUSION's goalkeeper Roberto Eztebe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But to his dismay, Tolgahan Onatkan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. AFC FUSION made a substitution. Christoff Stocks replaced Guido Txindoki. Roberto Eztebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Ove Malm in the 74th minute of play. Roberto Eztebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Siqueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Ixona Mascarañas was substituted for Mitchel Bakker. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Israel Vidal in the 78th minute. In the 81st minute, AFC FUSION's Lino Rios ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Amauri Félix.
