Ramon Domiku showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvano Bazil, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After 15 played minutes Eigtheenstars 2 got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Baristo. Lorenzo Flores was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 15th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Kleanthis Tripitsidis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ignacio Valery having to make a save. With an all-out effort, LanParty's Ignacio Valery threw himself towards the right post 42 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Guido Playo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, LanParty's Dragoş Zaharia got a free kick in the 44th minute. LanParty made a substitution. Mariano Hulberto replaced Guido Playo. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mariano Hulberto to make the kick off. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The LanParty fans cheered their team off the field, for while Eigtheenstars 2 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
