In the 18th minute, AMLUCHO's Kerim Altunbaş dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Kerim Altunbaş might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Radostin Stanev. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kerim Altunbaş ran back to his position shaking his head. United.SF's Radostin Stanev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kerim Altunbaş in the 21st minute of play. Selahaddin Esentürk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olgierd Czeszyk in the 23rd minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Jackie Banks hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute Eugeniusz Trzaskoma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Selahaddin Esentürk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enric Vila made in the 26th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by AMLUCHO's Damiano Formica. After a rather tough play, United.SF's Agustin Cordeal got a free kick in the 29th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eugeniusz Trzaskoma in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Selahaddin Esentürk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Radostin Stanev made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Kerim Altunbaş sent off a good shot on target. Radostin Stanev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kerim Altunbaş in the 44th minute. The audience was convinced that Olgierd Czeszyk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Selahaddin Esentürk was relentless in the 46th minute of the game.

AMLUCHO's Miguel Vilarinho quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Victoriano Ayala, made in the 72nd minute of the game. In the 76th minute, Eugeniusz Trzaskoma made a precise shot to the right of Selahaddin Esentürk. AMLUCHO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Radostin Stanev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mati Magen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 91 minutes into the match, United.SF's goal looked a bit too open when Mati Magen came free, but Radostin Stanev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enric Vila received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Selahaddin Esentürk came out and tried to block the shot, but Enric Vila slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 95th minute. The United.SF supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing United.SF would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
