Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kyle Thake kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giorgio Caruana in the 7th minute of play forced Zgierskie Zlewy's goalkeeper Karol Ruszkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karol Ruszkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olgierd Dawiec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karol Ruszkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kyle Thake in the 9th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robert Doicaru in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Richard Lentini saved Floriana Celtics from getting behind. After 13th play minutes Robert Doicaru shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Richard Lentini and just under the crossbar into goal. 20 minutes into the match, Zgierskie Zlewy's goal looked a bit too open when Olgierd Dawiec came free, but Karol Ruszkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robert Doicaru in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Richard Lentini prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 25th minute Robert Doicaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Lentini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Floriana Celtics's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Doicaru came free, but Richard Lentini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Zgierskie Zlewy's goal looked a bit too open when Kyle Thake came free, but Karol Ruszkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Floriana Celtics booed when Zgierskie Zlewy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolf King didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karol Ruszkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olgierd Dawiec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robert Doicaru got free with Richard Lentini in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Robert Doicaru made a kick off. Robert Doicaru took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Richard Lentini. Richard Lentini dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Richard Lentini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Doicaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute Robert Doicaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Lentini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robert Doicaru might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Richard Lentini. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Robert Doicaru ran back to his position shaking his head. Richard Lentini was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Richard Lentini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Doicaru in the 85th minute of play. After 87 played minutes Floriana Celtics got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Vella. Zgierskie Zlewy made a substitution. Barnaba Bazylnikov replaced Robert Doicaru. Floriana Celtics's Robby Baggio was substituted for Olgierd Dawiec. Barnaba Bazylnikov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Richard Lentini read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. 93 minutes into the game, Edward Ellis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Karol Ruszkowski. Edward Ellis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-1. Zgierskie Zlewy's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
