Floriana Celtics's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robert Doicaru was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kyle Thake in the 7th minute of play forced Zgierskie Zlewy's goalkeeper Karol Ruszkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the game, Robert Doicaru cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Richard Lentini was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Matt Sciortino got free with Karol Ruszkowski in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A sloppy throw-in by Claudio Bailey in the 26th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Zgierskie Zlewy's Zdzislaw Moczkiewicz. Karol Ruszkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyle Thake, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute Kyle Thake shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karol Ruszkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robert Doicaru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zdzislaw Moczkiewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kyle Thake in the 32nd minute of play forced Zgierskie Zlewy's goalkeeper Karol Ruszkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Despite this Richard Lentini quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 37 minutes into the match, Zgierskie Zlewy's Robert Doicaru sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Richard Lentini narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 41 minutes into the game, Zgierskie Zlewy's Robert Doicaru nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Richard Lentini made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Karol Ruszkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kyle Thake in the 44th minute of play. Richard Lentini came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Zgierskie Zlewy's Robert Doicaru. But to his dismay, Robert Doicaru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kyle Thake was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robert Doicaru got free with Richard Lentini in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Karol Ruszkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kyle Thake, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 54 minutes into the match, Zgierskie Zlewy's goal looked a bit too open when Olgierd Dawiec came free, but Karol Ruszkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th minute, Robert Doicaru fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Richard Lentini, passed just outside the right post. With his leg Richard Lentini managed to avoid a goal in the 67thth minute, when Zgierskie Zlewy's Robert Doicaru fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After taking down the ball on Zgierskie Zlewy's corner Robert Doicaru fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Richard Lentini quite easily take care of the ball. When Rolf King, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 68 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Richard Lentini was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Robert Doicaru received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Richard Lentini came out and tried to block the shot, but Robert Doicaru slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 72nd minute. Zgierskie Zlewy's Krzysztof Petrasz was substituted for Zdzislaw Moczkiewicz. In the 79thth minute of the game Alex Testaferrata Viani who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zgierskie Zlewy's Karol Ruszkowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robert Doicaru got free with Richard Lentini in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 82nd minute of the match Zgierskie Zlewy got a corner. Floriana Celtics's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Robert Doicaru ran over to the corner to take the kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Jakub Felenak advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-7 in the 83rd minute. Zgierskie Zlewy made a substitution. Barnaba Bazylnikov replaced Robert Doicaru. The audience was convinced that Barnaba Bazylnikov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Richard Lentini was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Richard Lentini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hadi Özilhan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Richard Lentini stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Barnaba Bazylnikov's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute.
