The corner led NK Dubrava Zagreb's Ludo Lambert to fire away a dangerous shot which Gheorghe Musteatã despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Lech Bojanowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gheorghe Musteatã having to interfere. After a rather tough play, NK Dubrava Zagreb's Lech Bojanowski got a free kick in the 8th minute. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Antun Zahora took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Gheorghe Musteatã to make any attempt to save it. If Lech Bojanowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gheorghe Musteatã showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lech Bojanowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Buiucani's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pavao Didulica was slow to take the kick. During this time NK Dubrava Zagreb's players had a chance to rest. Gheorghe Musteatã stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antun Zahora's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as NK Dubrava Zagreb's Antun Zahora slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gheorghe Musteatã. That made the score 2-0 after 31 minutes of play. Antun Zahora who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 38thth minute tested the skills of Gheorghe Musteatã when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Antun Zahoras short, quick shot in the 42ndth minute got Gheorghe Musteatã to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 45th minute, NK Dubrava Zagreb's Niclas Öberg seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Niclas Öberg the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of NK Dubrava Zagreb protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Niclas Öberg had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to NK Dubrava Zagreb getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Niclas Öberg hit a great ball.

The wind increased when Denis Cãpraru made the kick off in the second half. Antun Zahora kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Mathias Gavilanes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stefan Inculet in the 57th minute. Mathias Gavilanes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boris Bumbac, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 85thth minute of the game Gordan Sedmak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Buiucani's Gheorghe Musteatã was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Daniel Isai during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Daniel Isai kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Stefan Inculet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathias Gavilanes having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The NK Dubrava Zagreb fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Buiucani had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
