The Fundação Marques dos Reis fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 13th minute Taras Romanchuk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kurt Rosen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kurt Rosen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandre Pacheco in the 20th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Taras Romanchuk kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kurt Rosen. That made the score 3-0 in the 23 minute of play. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rapid Punta Cana's goalkeeper Kurt Rosen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kurt Rosen was a little too slow when Taras Romanchuk got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 4-0. The supporters of Fundação Marques dos Reis booed when Rapid Punta Cana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastián Prado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silvio Cabrera hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 39th match minute, Fundação Marques dos Reis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 杜光朋 to maneuver through the defense. 姚斌云 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Patricio Veguri's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Taras Romanchuk made the kick off in the second half. Kurt Rosen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Taras Romanchuk in the 52nd minute of play. 52 minutes into the match, Taras Romanchuk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kurt Rosen. Rapid Punta Cana's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Taras Romanchuk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. A collision led to Rapid Punta Cana getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Sebastián Prado hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Taras Romanchuk in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kurt Rosen saved Rapid Punta Cana from getting behind. Kurt Rosen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Taras Romanchuk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute Humberto Rendón shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 姚斌云 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fundação Marques dos Reis made a substitution. Juninho Pernambucano replaced Alexandre Pacheco. An unexpectedly hard shot by Taras Romanchuk in the 69th minute of play forced Rapid Punta Cana's goalkeeper Kurt Rosen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fundação Marques dos Reis's Dallas Dalglish was substituted for Filipe Viveiros. Fundação Marques dos Reis's 杜光朋 managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Sebastián Prado in the 73 minute of the game. Rapid Punta Cana's Kurt Rosen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Taras Romanchuk in the 76th minute of play. With a little luck, Fundação Marques dos Reis's 姚斌云 got control of the ball when Patricio Veguri tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kurt Rosen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Taras Romanchuk in the 80th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Taras Romanchuk notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Rapid Punta Cana's Kurt Rosen. Kurt Rosen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 89th minute Domingo Lozano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 姚斌云 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Juninho Pernambucano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kurt Rosen. Rapid Punta Cana's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juninho Pernambucano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. Kurt Rosen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Diogo Cabral's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Fundação Marques dos Reis's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Wesly Goemyne in the 98th minute. A nice corner shot did that Wesly Goemyne got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kurt Rosen quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Fundação Marques dos Reis's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
