The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kristofer Mark kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 4th minute of the match Florencio Harri sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Niels Willendrup skillfully saved the ball. A nice corner shot did that Kaj Rubaun got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Farid Ayham quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ali Erdem Tekinsoy scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Niels Willendrup, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Niels Willendrup took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Olbrechts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Niels Willendrup came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Atletico Beirut's Elias Olbrechts. But to his dismay, Elias Olbrechts quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Owe Thorkells hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Elias Olbrechts scored 0-3 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Niels Willendrup, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Randers A.F.C.'s Kornelius Lynbek got a free kick in the 38th minute. Randers A.F.C.'s Niels Willendrup played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Olbrechts in the 40th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Florencio Harri left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atletico Beirut fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Niels Willendrup showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Olbrechts in the 47th minute of the match. The Randers A.F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Atletico Beirut were winning 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ali Erdem Tekinsoy to strike the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Randers A.F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Elias Olbrechts came free, but Niels Willendrup reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Atletico Beirut getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Ali Erdem Tekinsoy hit a great ball. Ali Erdem Tekinsoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niels Willendrup having to interfere. In the 61st minute Elias Olbrechts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niels Willendrup saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute, Atletico Beirut's Florencio Harri dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. 68 minutes into the game, Elias Olbrechts recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Niels Willendrup. Elias Olbrechts showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. After 74 minutes of play, Atletico Beirut's Elias Olbrechts made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Niels Willendrup was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Atletico Beirut's Elias Olbrechts got a free kick in the 78th minute. Elias Olbrechts scored 0-8 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Niels Willendrup, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Florencio Harri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice moves Aziz Mumtaz could shoot a difficult shot in the 91st minute, which Niels Willendrup however easily saved by the left post. Niels Willendrup was a little too slow when Florencio Harri got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 0-9. With his leg Niels Willendrup managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when Atletico Beirut's Aziz Mumtaz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
