Belmiro da Fonseca was slow to take the kick. During this time Tottenham Hotspurs's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Tottenham Hotspurs's Hermengildo Dalmau getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Teodoro Chale could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Teobald Jajko made a huge save. Teobald Jajko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amerigo Minicucci in the 31st minute. In the 32nd minute of the match Andrea Muciaccia sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Teobald Jajko skillfully saved the ball. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tottenham Hotspurs's goalkeeper Teobald Jajko, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anfilogino Palma stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Santoryu FC's Frank Andreassi was substituted for Andrea Muciaccia. Tottenham Hotspurs's Eduardo Enol was substituted for Anfilogino Palma. Santoryu FC made a substitution. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eduardo Enol in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ercole Carnevale saved Santoryu FC from getting behind. Teobald Jajko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dennis Nero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eduardo Enol's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 95thth minute, Ercole Carnevale skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Tottenham Hotspurs's Teobald Jajko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Nero in the 96th minute of play. In the 97th minute Frank Andreassi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teobald Jajko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Tottenham Hotspurs supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Tottenham Hotspurs would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
