Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Aziz Ning got the match started through his kick off. Wong Tan kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Reda Chaouchis short, quick shot in the 7thth minute got Albert Dyce to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Toufik Moussaoui did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Albert Dyce 11 minutes into the match. Toufik Moussaoui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reda Chaouchi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 17thth minute, Albert Dyce skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The attack was good, but when Aziz Ning in the 19th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 20 minutes into the match, AC Banbury 1977's Albert Koh sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rabah Laref narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Albert Dyce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toufik Moussaoui, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 27 minutes, Reda Chaouchi made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. AC Banbury 1977's Albert Dyce tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 35 minutes into the game, Reda Chaouchi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Albert Dyce was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cheb Achiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albert Dyce having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Toufik Moussaoui in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Albert Dyce prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Reda Chaouchi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Albert Dyce having to make a save. Albert Dyce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toufik Moussaoui, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

AC Banbury 1977 made a substitution. Anil Lum replaced Danish Politiek. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Toufik Moussaoui stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Reda Chaouchi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Toufik Moussaoui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Albert Dyce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Shukrie Teo hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toufik Moussaoui in the 61st minute of play forced AC Banbury 1977's goalkeeper Albert Dyce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 62 minutes, Reda Chaouchi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BURAIMI FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reda Chaouchi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Toufik Moussaoui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albert Dyce having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Yacine Djebar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Albert Dyce. AC Banbury 1977's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yacine Djebar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. In the 70th minute Reda Chaouchi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Dyce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Toufik Moussaoui in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Albert Dyce prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 75 minutes into the match, AC Banbury 1977's goal looked a bit too open when Toufik Moussaoui came free, but Albert Dyce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of BURAIMI FC booed when AC Banbury 1977 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wong Tan didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Toufik Moussaoui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th match minute, BURAIMI FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cheb Achiu to maneuver through the defense. The referee felt a red card was in order, 88 minutes into the game, when Mohammad Nabil put in a rough tackle. Albert Koh recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Albert Dyce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reda Chaouchi in the 97th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reda Chaouchi in the 99th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Albert Dyce saved AC Banbury 1977 from getting behind. The corner led BURAIMI FC's Lounès Saïd-Guerni to fire away a dangerous shot which Albert Dyce despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The BURAIMI FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while AC Banbury 1977 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
