Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dinu Lițu to make the kick off. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Leeds AFC's goalkeeper Liam Horseman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Leeds AFC booed when Ciofliceni CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornel Cioroianu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 95 minutes, Codruț Hrușcă mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ciofliceni CF and the Leeds AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card.
