If Otar Mingrelsky had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 8thth minute of the game Roman Shalikashvili who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ciofliceni CF's Sebastian Bodea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rareș Pascariu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Sabir Chebaevskiy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Codruț Hrușcă kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Ciofliceni CF's Sebastian Bodea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otar Mingrelsky in the 17th minute of play. Iulian Mandache hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute Roman Shalikashvili shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Bodea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Rareș Pascariu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ciofliceni CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Rareș Pascariu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sabir Chebaevskiy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 22 minutes into the game, Bichiko Sulaberidze was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ullesthorpe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ciofliceni CF the free kick. In the 22nd minute, Bichiko Sulaberidze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute, Dinu Lițu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sabir Chebaevskiy. The goal made the score 1-0. 29 minutes into the match, Ciofliceni CF's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Shalikashvili came free, but Sebastian Bodea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute, Ciofliceni CF's Dinu Lițu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 42nd minute, Dinu Lițu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Ullesthorpe getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Bichiko Sulaberidze hit a great ball. When Rareș Pascariu came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Ciofliceni CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rareș Pascariu couldn't finish the play. Dinu Lițu might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sabir Chebaevskiy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dinu Lițu ran back to his position shaking his head.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dinu Lițu was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Dinu Lițu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sabir Chebaevskiy was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ciofliceni CF's goalkeeper Sebastian Bodea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dinu Lițu in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sabir Chebaevskiy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Codruț Hrușcă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sabir Chebaevskiy having to interfere. In the 60th match minute, Ullesthorpe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Semen Dzotsenidze to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd match minute, Ciofliceni CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Codruț Hrușcă to maneuver through the defense. Ciofliceni CF's Codruț Hrușcă got his second yellow card of the match in the 65th minute. The referee ordered Codruț Hrușcă off the ground. A collision led to Ciofliceni CF getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Codruț Hrușcă hit a great ball. In the 73rd match minute, Ciofliceni CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Traian Brânzeu to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Shalikashvili in the 74th minute of play forced Ciofliceni CF's goalkeeper Sebastian Bodea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led to Ullesthorpe's Semen Dzotsenidze getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After 92 played minutes Ullesthorpe got a freekick which was hit by Mindia Pozharskiy. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
