BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Lakis Kaminaris quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Big Hands took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Davi Dal Bello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ramon Pueblo took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Igor Taffarel. Igor Taffarel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ramon Pueblo scored 0-2 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Igor Taffarel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Igor Taffarel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramon Pueblo's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Igor Taffarel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramon Pueblo in the 19th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Dal Bello came free, but Big Hands reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ramon Pueblo in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Igor Taffarel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Dal 3ello booed when BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Forsberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Big Hands showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Lamonica in the 30th minute of the match. Felipe Dal Bello spun around in front of the goal 30 minutes in the game and got away a good shot, but Big Hands grabbed the ball before it went up in top right corner. Dal 3ello's Igor Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cirilo Arlo in the 32nd minute of play. Ramon Pueblo took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Igor Taffarel. Igor Taffarel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 43 minutes into the match, BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Big Hands had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Davi Dal Bello. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

In the 56th minute, Davi Dal Bello left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dal 3ello fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. In the 65th minute Lakis Kaminaris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Dal 3ello's Hugo Lamonica got a free kick in the 67th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Dal 3ello's goalkeeper Igor Taffarel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ramon Pueblo. Igor Taffarel made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Ramon Pueblo sent off a good shot on target. 77 minutes into the match, Dal 3ello's goal looked a bit too open when Ramon Pueblo came free, but Igor Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th match minute, Dal 3ello was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardinho Corrêa to maneuver through the defense. Ramon Pueblo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-5 to the left of a surprised Igor Taffarel 92 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Dal 3ello's Igor Taffarel got control of the ball when Ramon Pueblo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
