Mateusz Marchewka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bilge Baykal, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 5thth minute of the game Bilge Baykal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bergamaspor's Mateusz Marchewka was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 9th minute Yakup Nurkan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelino Merexildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Bilge Baykal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mateusz Marchewka. Bergamaspor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bilge Baykal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Marcelino Merexildo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Everardo Sotero showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 15 minute of play. Mateusz Marchewka made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The Bergamaspor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mateusz Marchewka should have stopped the shot. Everardo Sotero who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 38thth minute tested the skills of Marcelino Merexildo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 67 minutes, Raşit Sezgen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kestel Spor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raşit Sezgen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karol Dombroski during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Bergamaspor's zone, Bilge Baykal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mateusz Marchewka came out of the goal and Bilge Baykal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mateusz Marchewka was a little too slow when Başar Perker got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 1-7. Bilge Baykal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateusz Marchewka having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Bilge Baykal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kestel Spor's supporters rose to their feet, but Bilge Baykal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mateusz Marchewka breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Kestel Spor booed when Bergamaspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karol Dombroski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute, Theo Athanasiou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 1-8 became the score in the 84th minute when Başar Perker elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The supporters of Bergamaspor booed when Kestel Spor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sufi Erozan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 97 played minutes Bergamaspor got a freekick which was hit by Abay Sevimli.
