In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind HADDİNİ BİLBAO's goalkeeper Belmiro Catarinense, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by HADDİNİ BİLBAO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Şehzade Ongut was slow to take the kick. During this time Birlergencligi's players had a chance to rest. Gaffar Erşahin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Şaban Aktaşlıoğlu's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Gaffar Erşahin came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by HADDİNİ BİLBAO's Şaban Aktaşlıoğlu. But to his dismay, Şaban Aktaşlıoğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 30th match minute, Birlergencligi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Orhan Ekşioğlu to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the match, Andi Metzler had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gaffar Erşahin. Birlergencligi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andi Metzler was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Gaffar Erşahin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şaban Aktaşlıoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Şaban Aktaşlıoğlu took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gaffar Erşahin. Gaffar Erşahin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rahman Tekinalp was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rahman Tekinalp in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Belmiro Catarinense saved HADDİNİ BİLBAO from getting behind. In the 57th play minute János Kutasi came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Gaffar Erşahin. 0-5. 63 minutes into the match, Birlergencligi's goalkeeper Gaffar Erşahin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ünsal Altıncı. After 71 minutes Birlergencligi's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cumhur Ceylan who took care of the corner kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rahman Tekinalp in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Belmiro Catarinense saved HADDİNİ BİLBAO from getting behind. HADDİNİ BİLBAO's Andi Metzler got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aytuğ Kose kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Gaffar Erşahin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ünsal Altıncı in the 81st minute. Gaffar Erşahin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from János Kutasi, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by János Kutasi in the 88th minute of play forced Birlergencligi's goalkeeper Gaffar Erşahin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th match minute, HADDİNİ BİLBAO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 庞峰皓 to maneuver through the defense. When the match was over HADDİNİ BİLBAO could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Birlergencligi throughout the match.
